25% Thinking  / Inquiry Problem Solving and Unit Tests
10% Assignments and Pre-Tests
0% Daily Work*

(Summative)

20% Final Examination

*Daily work such as non 'formal' homework assignments and lab checklists will be routinely assessed through students shared one-note E-Books. While marks and feedback will be recorded on the mark book, this category will not be part of the final mark of the course.

Note taking policy:
You will be provided with a Microsoft One Note text / workbook at the beginning of the course. Students are expected to use this application and take tablet-written notes in each class. 
Physics is a terminology and concept heavy course. Notes should be reviewed ahead of time and the night after each class. Clarification questions can then be asked at the start of each class.
