Keith Ramon began his teaching career at St. Andrew’s in 2002, as a teacher of English in the Upper School. He holds a B.A.(Hons.) from Trent University and a B. Ed. from Queen’s University. Having cycled across Canada and competed internationally in several Ironman triathlons, Keith takes a special interest in coaching endurance activities. Keith is the Head Coach for the Triathlon program and also coaches Nordic Skiing & Biathlon and Weight Training.  He is also the Senior Course Officer for the Silver Star Program of the 142 Highland Cadet Corps. Additionally, he is involved with the Duke of Edinburgh Award program and has led international expeditions and more local outdoor adventures. Keith has lived in Sifton House for the last decade and has greatly enjoyed his role as Housemaster. His wife, Melissa, teaches in the Middle School, and they are raising their two sons on the beautiful grounds of St. Andrew's.
