  2. To motivate cadets to participate in physical activities;
  3. To create interest in fitness through the provision of badges for proficiency;
  4. to confirm the ability of a cadet to meet standards of performance for the National Star Certification Examination; and
  5. To prepare cadets to meet standards of fitness for Army Cadet Advanced Training Courses.
Guidelines
  1. All exercises must be attempted.
  2. Push-ups must be continuous.
