    1986 - Cdt LCol Drew Eide and Majors Mike Webber and Trevor TejadaCadet Lieutenant Colonel

    • Responsible to the Director of Cadets for ensuring the highest standards of battalion dress, deportment and training, in particular by setting an example to all in dress, personal appearance and conduct. 
    • Responsible to the Director of Cadets for the training and supervision of the battalion's officers. 
    • Responsible for leading the battalion on parade.
    • Any other duties as assigned by the Commanding Officer. 

    Deputy Commanding Officer (DCO) 
    Cadet Major

    • Responsible to the Cadet Commanding Officer for ensuring the highest standards of the battalion officers' dress, deportment and training, in particular by setting an example in dress, personal appearance and conduct. 
    • Will assume the responsibilities of the Cadet Commanding Officer in his absence or if otherwise required.
    • During the Fall/Winter training program, serves as the Battalion Training Officer, responsible for co-ordinating the Star training program and instructors, in co-operation with  of the Deputy Director of Cadets.
    • Any other duties as assigned by the Cadet Commanding Officer. 

    Adjutant (Adj) 
    Cadet Captain/Major

    • Responsible to the Deputy Commanding Officer for ensuring the highest standards of dress, deportment of the Headquarters Company and, in particular by setting an example in dress, personal appearance and conduct.
    • Serves as Company Commander of Headquarters Company.
    • Is the cadet officer administratively responsible for the Pipes and Drum Band, and the Military (Brass and Reed) Band.
    • Responsible for planning and overseeing the Annual Inspection static displays and demonstrations.
    • Prepared to assume the responsibilities of the Deputy Commanding Officer in his absence or if otherwise required. 
    • Any other duties as assigned by the Deputy Commanding Officer. 

    Flag Party Commander
    Cadet Lieutenant

    • Responsible to the Deputy Commanding Officer for ensuring the highest standards of dress, deportment and training for the Flag Party, in particular by setting an example in dress, personal appearance and conduct. 
    • Any other duties as assigned by the Deputy Commanding Officer. 

    Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM) 
    Cadet Chief Warrant Officer

    • Responsible to the Commanding Officer for ensuring the highest standard of battalion drill, dress and deportment, in particular by setting an example in dress, personal appearance and conduct. 
    • Be present at all battalion inspections by the Cadet Commanding Officer or Deputy Commanding Officer. 
    • Responsible to the Commanding Officer for the training and supervision of the battalion's senior NCOs. 
    • Responsible for ensuring that all rolls are called in the proper manner and at the appointed times and provided to the Chief Clerk or his staff. 
    • Any other duties as assigned by the Commanding Officer. 

    Drill Sergeant Major (DSM)
    Cadet Master Warrant Officer

    • Responsible to the Regimental Sergeant Major for ensuring the highest standard of battalion drill by setting an example in drill, dress, personal appearance and conduct. 
    • Be present at all battalion inspections by the Cadet Commanding Officer or Deputy Commanding Officer. 
    • Responsible to the Commanding Officer for the training and supervision of the battalion's senior NCOs. 
    • Responsible for ensuring that all rolls are called in the proper manner and at the appointed times and provided to the Chief Clerk or his staff. 
    • Any other duties as assigned by the Commanding Officer. 

    Chief Battalion Clerk 
    Cadet Master Warrant Officer/Warrant Officer

    • Responsible to the Adjutant for collecting and maintaining accurate records of attendance for all battalion training and parades, and promptly providing the list of those absentees to the Commanding Officer and the Company Commanders. 
    • Responsible to the Adjutant for ensuring the highest standards of drill, dress, and deportment of all Admin Section staff, in particular by setting an example in dress, personal appearance and conduct. 
    • Serves as Company Sergeant Major of Headquarters Company.
    • Any other duties as assigned by the Adjutant 

    Regimental Quartermaster-Sergeant  (RQMS)
    Cadet Warrant Officer/Sergeant

    • Under the direction of the Stores Officer, responsible to the Adjutant for issuing, collecting and maintaining accurate records of uniform issues to all cadets.
    • Responsible for the neatness and cleanliness of the QM Storerooms.
    • Responsible to the Adjutant for ensuring the highest standards of drill, dress, and deportment of all Quartermaster Stores Section staff, in particular by setting an example in dress, personal appearance and conduct. 
    • Any other duties as assigned by the Adjutant.

    Pipe Major (P/M)
    Cadet Chief Warrant Officer / Master Warrant Officer

    • Under the direction of the Pipe Band Officer, responsible to the Cadet Adjutant  for ensuring the highest standards of piper training, in particular by setting an example in dress, personal appearance and conduct.
    • Determines musical selections and directs the band while performing.
    • Any other duties as assigned by the Adjutant . 

    Drum Major (D/M)
    Cadet Master Warrant Officer/Warrant Officer

    • Under the direction of the Pipe Band Officer, responsible to the Cadet Adjutant  for ensuring the highest standards of Pipe Band dress, deportment, drill and drummer training, in particular by setting an example in dress, personal appearance and conduct. 
    • Leads the Pipe Band while on parade.
    • Any other duties as assigned by the Adjutant. 

    Military Band Sergeant Major (BSM)
    Cadet Warrant Officer/Sergeant

    • Under the direction of the Brass and Reed Band Officer, responsible to the Cadet Adjutant for ensuring the highest standards of brass and reed band dress, deportment and training, in particular by setting an example in dress, personal appearance and conduct. 
    • Any other duties as assigned by the Adjutant. 

    Company Commander (Coy Cdr)
    Cadet Captain/Major 

    • Responsible to the Cadet Commanding Officer for ensuring the highest standards of company dress, deportment and training, in particular by setting an example in dress, personal appearance and conduct. 
    • Responsible to the Cadet Commanding Officer for the training and supervision of the company's officers and sergeant major. 
    • Ensures (with approval of the Cadet Commanding Officer) that one of the company's Platoon Commanders is designated as the senior lieutenant. 
    • Prepared to assume the responsibilities of the Deputy Commanding Officer if required. 
    • Any other duties as assigned by the Cadet Commanding Officer. 

    Company Sergeant Major (CSM)
    Cadet Master Warrant Officer

    • Responsible to the Company Commander for ensuring the highest standard of company drill, dress and deportment, in particular by setting an example in dress, personal appearance and conduct. 
    • Responsible to the Company Commander for the training of the company's NCOs. 
    • Form up all company parades and attend all inspections with the Company Commander. 
    • Responsible for ensuring that all rolls are called in the proper manner and at the appointed times and provided to the Chief Clerk or his staff. 
    • Prepared to assume the responsibilities of the RSM if required. 
    • Ensures (with the approval of the RSM and Company Commander) that one of the company's sergeants is designated senior sergeant. 
    • Any other duties as assigned by the Company Commander or the RSM. 

    Company Quartermaster Sergeant (CQMS)
    Cadet Sergeant

    • Responsible to the Regimental Quartermaster Sergeant (RQMS)
    • Ensures that Cadets  in his Company are properly kitted and are maintaining the standards expected for parades and public events.

    Platoon Commander (Pl Cdr)
    Cadet Lieutenant

    • Responsible to the Company Commander for ensuring the highest standard of platoon drill, dress and deportment, in particular by setting an example in dress, personal appearance and conduct. 
    • Responsible to the Company Commander for the supervision of the platoon's NCOs. 
    • Prepared to assume the responsibilities of the Company Commander if required. 
    • Any other duties as assigned by the Company Commander. 

    Platoon Sergeant (Pl WO)
    Cadet Warrant Officer

    • Responsible to the Platoon Commander for ensuring the highest standard of platoon drill, dress and deportment, in particular by setting an example in dress, personal appearance and conduct. 
    • Responsible to the Platoon Commander for the training of the platoon's NCOs. 
    • Form up all platoon parades and be present at all inspections with the Platoon Commander. 
    • Responsible for calling the rolls in the proper manner and at the proper times for each training period and providing them to the Chief Clerk or his staff. 
    • In the absence of the Platoon Commander, assume responsibility for the platoon. 
    • Prepared to assume the responsibilities of the CSM if required. 
    • Any other duties as assigned by the Platoon Commander or CSM.
