Captain Thomas C. Gordon
SAC 1937-1939

First Special Service ForceCaptain Thomas Coy Gordon attended St. Andrew's College for only two years, but made a large impact. He was a Prefect, played on the 1st Rugby team and earned the MacDonald and Thorley Medals and was the first recipient of the J. L. Wright Cup for the Best Upper School Cadet in 1938.

1st Canadian Parachute BattalionDuring the war he served with the 1st Canadian Parachute Battalion and later the Combined U.S.- Canadian First Special Service Force in Italy.

He is the father of Robert 65.
