Second Lieutenant W. B. Yuille

Capt Edward Osler BathSecond Lieutenant William Beresford Yuille was the only child of Mrs. H. A. Yuille, of 28  Summerhill Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, and the late Mr. H. A. Yuille. He attended St. Andrew's College from 1908 to 1913. He then joined the Bankers Bond Ltd.

He was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Royal Air Force, trained at Camp Borden and was posted to the 46th Squadron. He then went to England and served for almost a year in France before he went missing.

William was missing and presumed dead in action on May 30th, 1918, aged 22. His body was later buried in Longueau British Cemetery, Somme, France (Grave Number: IV. A. 18.)
