John C. Taylor
Following graduation from St. Andrew's in 1952, John C. Taylor received a B.A.Sc. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Toronto in 1958.
He worked for Noranda Mines and Inco before joining Jan Reimers and Associates, where he was President. He was a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and the Pyrometallurgical Committee of the American Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
He was a retired Lieutenant in the 48th Highlanders. Always a loyal Andrean, he donated Mr. Tudball's sporran and skean dhu which were given to him by "Tuddy", to the St. Andrew's Archives.
He died on June 8, 1996 in Oakville, Ontario.
